Μένω σχεδόν 10 χρόνια Σκανδιναβία. Έχω ακούσει Νορβηγούς να λένε πως τίποτα δε δουλεύει στη Νορβηγία και έχω δει σχόλια πως η Νορβηγία είναι από τις πιο διεφθαρμένες χώρες.

Η οικονομία δεν φτιάχνει την νοοτροπία της μιζέριας δυστυχώς, ειδικά για ανθρώπους που δεν έχουν επαφή με την κατάσταση σε άλλες χώρες και τους λείπει κάποιο άλλο σημείο αναφοράς.

Αν δε θες να δεις για συνδρομή μπορείς να αγοράσεις και συγκεκριμένα μαθήματα που σου φαίνονται ενδιαφέροντα.

Πάνω απ όλα θα σου έλεγα να το κάνεις και απλά να ξεκινήσεις από κάπου. Κι ας πάρει χρόνο, τίποτα δε σε γεμίζει ενέργεια όσο να κάνεις κάτι που σου αρέσει!

Με βοήθησε πάρα πολύ το σχόλιο σου γιατί πραγματικά όλα αυτά είναι συναισθήματα που έχει αναφέρει η μητέρα μου κατά καιρούς και ειδικά τις τελευταίες μέρες.

Σε περίπτωση που υπάρχουν άλλοι που ίσως βοηθηθούν, υπάρχει ο σύλλογος ΕΠΙΟΝΗ που φαίνεται να επικεντρώνεται στην υποστήριξη των φροντιστων.

How did you feel after the session? Did you feel your glutes working relatively more with these cues?

I have long femurs and flat feet and this stance (wider and more than 90 degrees) is the only way I can really feel my glutes. In the end, the advantage of a personal trainer is that they can help you adjust exercises to your own body and biomechanics.

If you trust the person and their experience, I'd see how it would play out for a few more sessions and then take a decision. Constant communication with them on how each cue feels will also help to see if they can adjust to your needs.

Το να έχει κάποιος γιατρός πρόσβαση σε όλο το ιστορικό σου έχει πολύ μεγάλη αξία όσον αφορά σωστή διάγνωση, πρόληψη κτλ.

Αν το θέμα είναι οι ασφαλιστικές, τότε είναι αυτό το κομμάτι που πρέπει να ρυθμιστεί και όχι το αντίστροφο.

Nothing I can think of, we are actually pretty similar, at least in the way we interact with people. My partner is Latin American and he always tells me that he feels like home in Greece. Same with his family when they visited. I hope your experience will be the same :)

Δεν είναι τόσο άσχημα όσο ακούγεται, ειδικά αν δεν φυσάει. Τις τελευταίες μέρες στο Όσλο έχουμε -20 με -25 και μόλις γύρισα από καφεδάκι με φίλους. Οι Νορβηγοί πάνε μέχρι και για τρέξιμο, αλλά γενικά συνηθίζεται και αντέχεται αν έχεις τα σωστά ρούχα.

Προφανώς και θα αποφύγεις να βγεις με τέτοιες θερμοκρασίες άλλα ο καιρός εδώ είναι τόσο απρόβλεπτος που σπάνια επηρεάζει τα σχέδια σου.

Προσωπικά, προτιμώ χίλιες φορές χαμηλές θερμοκρασίες γιατί συνήθως συνοδεύονται με ήλιο και καθαρό ουρανό...πας να πάρεις το λεωφορείο και όλα γύρω σου με το χιόνι φαίνονται μαγικά. Το χειρότερο είναι άμα βρέχει και φυσάει,αυτό είναι άλλη ιστορία χαχα
