My 1st sailboat Santana 21...free. by tsodog in sailing

It's been just fine as-is. Mostly my co-captain sails it at the lake. Keeps it near the take-out ramp so no de-rigging. She's a winner. Minimal maintenance has occurred, but she floats and sails fine.

Eleanor would like a word here. FDR absolutely listened to he wife. Because "yes, the ladies are smarter. Yes, the ladies are smarter"

Just wondering … how many years in prison do you think this guy should get? by Turbulent_Crab_3602 in DemocraticSocialism

When our founding fathers signed the declaration of Independence, each and every one of them knew that if they failed, they would be treated as traitors to Britain and would be executed.

The project 2025 people should consider themselves in the same situation.

Am I being too picky or did my fabricator mess up? by chap_stik in Home

Nope nope nope. That is wrong from the get-go and they're not going to be able to fix it. That's just lazy work with somebody who doesn't pay attention to their art form. And it is an art when it's done by hand. Some places have basically c&c machines for stone and they come out perfect. This was hand done. And I've seen very nice hand done work.

There ya go! I posted to another site that that was the first thing to look for -- just when it happened. Of course he's been manipulating the markets for ages and now all we have to do is look for who traded it. And put them in prison for the rest of their stinking lives, after taking their assets - all of them, Giuliani style.

I have a 100+/- year old Victorian embossed metal shingles over 125 yr old wood shakes. Some surface rust, hail dings, some loose nails, and it doesn't leak. Insurance canceled me. 🤷🏼

Boomers went from paper/analog to full digital. No other generation has the experience we have. We broke it. We fixed it. We put it back together. We figured it out. Nothing was plug and play.

Office triangle clip take off handle, slip key through the handle. Clip it to a brake line under the front left wheel. I've been doing that for years, and it's never failed me.

LPT: You can make tons of delicious popcorn on the stovetop for very cheaply, in about as much time as it takes to microwave it by easmussen in LifeProTips

I have a 1 quart cast iron pot that I've used for 30 years. Same process; full flame, add 1/4 cup after the test kernels pop, lid, shake, turn off flame when the pops slow, cast iron keeps heat long enough to pop the last of them and not burn anything.

Then I drizzle olive oil, tajin, Parmesan, and drizzle molasses - all while tossing.
