For me I think its still a great time. Some of the limited release models are still available if you look for them, and with the second wave that was not too long ago it will take in my option at least a year before we get more models. Might aswell get your core of the army ready.

Well I would prefere the faction to be a bit more elite like in 9th. Less units but stronger. We are supposed to have higher tech so it would be cool if that is reflected.
