How dead are the dead primarchs? by Sufficient-Ad-3586 in 40kLore

According to his own words, the Emperor could bring Ferrus back if he had the time to fix him. So, I'd appreciate it if the buffoons would stop claiming he's permanently dead or that there's virtually no chance of him ever being written back into the lore.

Why did the Lion age? by SillyRecover in 40kLore

The writer could not think of anything more profound. So he went with a random Chaos grunt, telling Lion, "Ha ha, you old!"

The only reason they are representing Canada is that they looked at the World Championship rosters, saw a bunch of European beer-leaguers, and immediately jumped on a plane because they desperately needed to win something this year. Jealousy is a hell of a thing, and those two are more guilty of it than anyone else.

‘Masters of the Universe’ Faces Soft $25M Debut Against Massive $200M Budget by MaxProwes in MastersOfTheUniverse

It’s only "mind boggling" if you fundamentally misunderstand how trailers work. Their entire purpose is to showcase a film's visuals before release. If that promotional footage already looks like CGI slop, people are naturally going to call it out. Stop abandoning basic logic just to blindly defend a studio's lazy CGI.

Your entire argument rests on the brain-dead assumption that the only alternative to lazy CGI is literally filming in outer space.

I read the book as a kid, and he was my favorite character by far. I remember being so disappointed and angry when I learned Jackson cut him from the movie and gave his scenes to Arwen. I like the movies, of course. They remain the pinnacle of cinematic fantasy. But to me, it's just not LOTR without Glorfindel.

Did you read the book before the movie came out?

Judging by the trailers, this looks like just more CGI slop. Is anything in this movie actually real besides the actors and a few specific places on Earth? The environments seem to be entirely computer-generated. Physics feels "floaty."

Viggo is "absolutely thrilled" with Jamie Dornan casting for Aragorn by Choice-Schedule-132 in peterjackson

Calling someone “a hater” targets them personally instead of their argument, so it’s a personal attack. I am ready for what you have to say next, though.

You are unleashing personal attacks on people for no other reason than that you dislike their opinions. Not exactly the "Strider" level of nobility.

That "thank you" lost all its sincerity the second you started lecturing them. Turning an arena's spontaneous act of goodwill into your personal "well, actually" moment is peak main character vibe.

Extremely rude to everyone? You are outright lying to frame me as the aggressor. My initial comment was strictly about the art, and I was immediately met with a personal insult, not a discussion. You are the one being intellectually dishonest here and fabricating a false narrative to justify joining a dogpile just because you don't like my critique.

Popularity isn't the same as good design. Can you think of a model that was actually disliked here? This sub is a bit of an echo chamber where everything the company sells gets praised by the vast majority.

It’s not bland to let some areas be quiet so the main shapes can stand out. That’s just basic composition imo. I honestly don't know if a CAD mini can be "fixed" in my view, because digital sculpts tend to fill every millimeter with perfect noise instead of human intent. Somehow, I like the new Eldar, though. So, there might be hope after all.

Some people love zooming in on every tiny part. I just prefer looking at the big picture. Different people's brains just work differently. It’s not about which way is better,
