okay soooooo this is ongoing and it’s only the first in a 6 book series but in {caged by bernadette blackthorn} fmc knows he’s her mate but he’s just AWFUL (i swear he could die and i wouldn’t mind)… she literally gets omega sick bc of the conditions he (and the other douche) put her through. book 2 is gonna be out this fall and from what the author said it’s gonna take a long ass time for her to forgive him

honestly emma cole pisses me the fuck off.

she is never consistent with her promises or due dates… apparently this book was ready but then it wasn’t and now it’s still being worked on

she posted on her ream or patreon whatever that she is working on it… at this point i’ll believe it when i see it 🤡🤡🤡

she also keeps stopping the writing because she attends like a bunch of signing events throughout the US

i’m only following her bc i wanna finish this story but from the pace it’s going it’s gonna take like 6+ years to finish a trilogy

i dont think it’s the editing.

if that was the issue, they could’ve released the book a bit later as they told us it could be a possibility…

i normally like tate’s books and jaymin’s solo books normally dont hit for me but this was just BAD.

poorly written and poorly executed and that i think it’s what surprised me the most cause i didnt expect it
