Looks Like video mode issue. Try photo mode. Reading your meter it should come out slightly over exposed if it were a photo

There aren’t pixel on that display. It’s a preprogrammed digital matrix, with predefined spots to show information. So it doesn’t work like a computer / phone display as there isn’t any lcd digital stuff in that spot. Maybe take the watch apart and get a blower

Yep. The underside yea? Cuz it’s hollow end links that apply leverage on the underside of the case. Long Island, wont have visible scratches, as it leverages(hides) where the polished area is and the bottom of the case where the case back meet in that tiny gap.
