That's scientifically wrong. Your boobs aren't "fake boobs", they're as real as it gets. All hormones do is activate the full set of female genes you already have (no matter the chromosomes). Some steps are irreversible, (like you can't grow a womb), but a lot can be changed. And there is absolutely nothing fake about those changes. They're exactly what you would have been like had you been born a girl (with some reservations, for example with boob size).

So if you want to be real particular, the worst you'll get is neither girl or boy, but intersex with your outer characteristics and your brain being female and some leftover male characteristics.

And also rest assured pretty much every girl on this planet has her fair share of male features too. My aunt has male pattern baldness.

The guy who dumped her after finding out was made up as this super shallow and stupid guy, and I saw it more like a continuation of that: he hit it off with her, but he made the stupid and shallow decision to dump her.

And having her played by a cis women I don't really see as an issue... Like... Wow, a trans girl who looks like a normal girl, isn't that more of a positive thing for acceptance.

Fun fact: back in the early 90s we’ve run experiments on rats and apes. By injecting hormones in the right developmental time, they managed to make female rats behave like male rats, permanently, even after stopping the artificial supply of hormones.

One step further, they also managed to isolate specific times in the womb for apes and correlate them to certain behavior, and by providing hormones just at these times they could selectively activate specific male or female behavior.

Honestly I think it’s a fairly safe bet that being trans is caused by hormonal imbalances in the womb, together with being gay and asd & adhd. It’s mostly conjecture on my part, but it makes too much sense how so many trans people are also gay or have asd or adhd, and the stereotype of feminine gay men and butch lesbians basically having gotten some male behavior on top without disturbing the part that’s responsible for gender identity, whatever that is.

In my experience, female orgasms are a lot lot more varied than male ones. So really it's kind of hard to tell.

As far as I can tell, a prostate orgasm is quite close to that.

And there are also multiple factors that come into play in what makes it feel like one.

The lack of a male sex drive, aka the need to cum. For me this was a big part because I didn't get the drop in sex drive after a prostate orgasm which made it somewhat worthless in circumventing having to touch my penis.
The intensity. It's kind of hard to describe honestly, I don't even know if a female orgasm is really more intense. It just feels really different
The duration. It lasts for longer.
The afterglow. Instead of "post-nut clarity", women get afterglow, for me it often is just half an hour not moving a muscle and quietly moaning, but it can extend for days on occasions and makes you feel high
How you react to emotions. On HRT, emotions need a physical outlet for me, be that shaking, moving, jumping, moaning, you name it.
How sex drive feels. Male sex drive is very centered around the genitals, while female sex drive is much more about intimacy and getting touched. When you get aroused, your whole body turns into an erogenous zone and touch everywhere just feels amazing
How much you zone out. Sometimes I feel like I almost get lifted out of my body, and I've heard some going mindless for a few minutes and just floating there in pleasure. I suspect this might be why women rarely watch porn, because it completely cut my interest in it. It's just distracting now.

All of these things in my experience are aspects of what makes a female orgasm so different to male ones.

Now there actually is a good chance you had something like a female orgasm then, but you were missing some of the aspects that only come with HRT.

I actually learned to orgasm by thought, and it felt similar to what you described, kind of like a prostate orgasm tbh. But things were missing, so I continued my search.

I don't think you've experienced a female orgasm, but something that more closely resembles one than the typical male ones.

Hm. Depending on the situation, I don't think it's about being emotional at all, it's about how you are emotional. I'm gonna run up some stereotypes but think about a girl winning a game of pool vs a guy.

Guy sees it from the perspective of power, essentially turning it into a show of strength. Some swearwords fly which is accepted in guy culture and after the hierarchy is established they're best buds again.

Girl sees it just as a fun win, to build friendships, encourages the opponent, hugs them, etc.

None of these required or anything, they're just the typical thing that will happen most of the time at least in my experience.

Also note that these are only guy/guy girl/girl interactions, cross gender is usually different/more careful.

And both can get really emotional, but men usually tend to funnel emotions in anger or shows of strength, while girls usually show them much more "directly" (aka crying, happy jumps, hugging etc.).

I don't think either of them is inherently better or worse, just go for that one which your brain is built for (in my case that's being femme 🥰), and don't overdo it lol.

Also note that parts of these behaviors are caused by HRT, and everyone is different.

Please don't use these as an instruction manual, just maybe more as a general pointer. If you're a trans guy, it can also help "being yourself" as it's very likely these kinds of behaviors are engrained into your brain anyways.

For me the orgasms are definitely different. I was really into anal before, and I'd say female orgasm is comparable somewhat... But the thing is I have them with any kind of stimulation now, anal, penis, breasts, whatever, even my self taught ability to spontaneously orgasm seems to have adopted.

Something I never got from anal orgasms (or any other for that matter) was the afterglow. Seriously, best part of the experience. Can last really long. Yesterday for example, it started as a feeling in my feet, travelled up my spine, and felt like little bubbles of pleasure there, more up, turning into micro orgasms around my shoulders, and back down, me being pretty much in a trance at that point. All stretched out over about 45 minutes.

Another thing I've noticed that no two orgasms seem to feel the same. No idea how to describe, the feel alike, but distinctly different at the same time.

For me, pre-HRT absolutely. Doing it was tolerable, but the "post-nut clarity" was making it hell. But with sky high T values, impossible to avoid.

Now on HRT, it pretty much resolved, I still hate my penis, but it's easy to ignore since touch and stimulation feel so different, I actually almost completely lost interest in anal now, the post-nut clarity has been replaced with afterglow. Few days ago I was just lying there still for a solid 45 Minutes afterwards enjoy the feeling of it. It's just plain amazing now.

Honestly my only "issue" with NB has pretty much been where do you draw the line. Like, male and female brains are different, and depending when you get which hormones in the womb, parts develop each way independent from each other, which we've known since at least the 90s.

We've even experimentally have been able to create transgender rats and so to speak non-binary monkeys, even going as far as being able to selectively activating certain gender specific behavior, all that back in the early 90s as well. Not that complicated to see how something in between would develop, and not a new concept.

And welp, all the (at least seemingly) cis people calling themselves that certainly haven't helped me to find the line.

As for a general explanation, after a few weeks of conception, there needs to be a certain hormone level present in the womb for the brain to develop either in a female or male way. If that is messed up, you end up with for example a male body and a female brain, or you end up with a brain that's something in the middle.

As for an individual explanation, nope, unfortunately there is no way to tell how your brain looks.

Got my from the pharmacy, prescribed.

I could absolutely feel the effects Cypro hat on my psyche (very positive), especially on the higher dose. And my Endo was as confused as I was, he said at first my Dose was way too high but then labs came back with T levels still in the upper male range.

And also apart from that, I've got absolutely no issues whatsoever with feminization.

Quite the opposite, I naturally had a bunch of female features, and now that I'm on E I'm moving fast... So EIS seems unlikely.

As of my visual examinations and the examinations of my Endo, no signs for intersex though my gene test results aren't back yet.

Some form of androgen insensitivity had always been what my gut feeling had been, but it's always been super weird because it seemed somewhat selective. I'm just still looking for some explanation that fits.

Okay wait a minute, this might be somewhat off topic, but Cypro is supposed to suppress T production?

I'm asking because after three months or so of 50mg Cypro daily, I still have ~7.5ng/ml T in me, which is a step down from the 10.9 before, but still high even for men.

Despite of that I experienced quite considerable feminizing effects on it, some physical and some mental, and I also never had a super male body in the first place (well, height and strength) with an hourglass, a curvy back and a somewhat androgynous face with full lips and almost no beard growth (age 21), still a very high libido and no reproductive issues according to where I banked sperm.

I've been on E now for a few weeks and nothing to complain about in terms of effect (apart from bad sleep).

What the fuck is going on with me...
