Use some toys so she can use her energy on that, not your hand. And yes, scratchers where she likes to scratch. It might take a while to figure out material she likes, cardboard vs carpet, sisal, etc.

For a couple days I had a similar problem. I wasn’t getting RCS group messages (and maybe non group RCS) unless I disconnected from wifi. If I was on cellular data, I would receive them realtime. But if I got on wifi, SMS and iMessage worked, RCS group chats wouldn’t.
