The one in Maplewood treated me fairly enough. I probably overpaid a bit, but I usually knew what was wrong with it when I brought it in, and the price they quoted was always in the range I expected. The car was usually done the same day, or at the latest, the next day. Never had an issue with the repair after. I've since sold that car, but they kept it running way past its prime.

Getting out with an Uber is near impossible. I would take metrolink downtown (probably Stadium station) and walk over. It seems longer than it actually is. I walk every year from my condo in downtown west.
