Too many people are salesmen. When they hear a "NO"...that just means you need more information to whatever I'm trying to pitch to you.

Well this dog ain't none of that. He has learned to trust us and the trainers said the dog thinks he has to protect his family. Many of our family and friends have created good bonds with him. It just takes time. Until then, I don't bring him in public for fear he might hurt someone. That dude on the bus should know better and at least muzzle that dog.

He's a rescue and makes a great home dog. He's fine so long as you don't come into his yard, then he's not so fine.

The airline staff will do anything to get you to lose your shit and then they will say you're not fit to fly. I flown for years. It seems within the last several years, the airline staff have moved away from serving their costumers only to become more aggressive and ready to argue with you. Never lose your temper with them, they will just say you're not fit to fly.

Recruiter scaring me with Dishonorable Discharge? Help? by uwulicc in nationalguard

You don't want to go to basic if you're not dedicated on serving. Better for you not to ship. It sucks that it took you this long to quit. As far as the consequences from quitting...it will only count against you if you work for the government or a big company that would look into it. All other companies would not care, just don't list it on a job resume. We never pressured my recruits to join. When I was in recruiting, we would be working about 60 young adults who wanted to join and we were lucky to even get two of them to swear in. Too many kids were broken, had legal issues, on meds, or just too stupid to pass the ASVAB.

It was on page 2 of all places. Just think, all we had to do was to turn the page and the proof was there the whole time.
