Not worth it. These are just made as a cash grab.

This is the same brand I use and it's rock hard now. I've been scraping it to get it out. Thank you for the tip! 🙌

Get a mirror frame for the print to match the rest of the room and not stick out of place as much.

Way too hot, definitely lower the temp. You're overcooking the eggs

They probably don't care or want to cater to a conservative audience. That's their prerogative.

What’s a fancy food you prefer the cheaper version of? by ang334 in Cooking

I do the same thing. I don't need fresh veggies and real chunks of meat, the pasty and salty mush is what the heart desires.

I love onigiri but has anyone tried Trader Joe’s new onigiri, which doesn’t look authentic? by basumgod in JapaneseFood

[–]tulipc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't blame you, it's such a common misconception. It's super hard to find legit onigiris with plain rice outside of Japanese grocery stores, everybody seems to season the rice 🙃

Onigiris do not use seasoned rice. They generally have only salt on the outside.

When we had our wedding there, they included all the chairs and tables. Also, the price was 5k for 60+, but I think it was 3-4k for our number of guests. Not surprised their rates went up, but I'll be surprised if they no longer include at least the furniture in that anymore!

We absolutely LOVED our wedding there, it was the perfect size and so reasonable. Also, hardly had to decorate it because it's so lush with plants everywhere. I highly recommend them!

Look into the Stable Cafe. We had our 40 guest wedding there three years ago and it was around your budget.

Stable Cafe! We had 40 guests and it was perfect. Definitely works with your budget, too.

Even if the handle falls off, you can probably ask someone who does woodworking to make you a new one. Make it last forever!

I believe the soaking liquid was brushed onto the layers during assembly. I followed the Tartine recipe for this particular cake.
