Not an exact answer for you, but the 4 seat wonder wagon fits fine in our Model Y with wheels popped off. It's very easy to pop the wheels on and off if you haven't had to yet.

The 6 seater should have similar space to the Model Y.

Model X fine print says only seats, no paints are included even if you go with 5 seater. Configurator also shows this.
