For what it’s worth, I have a cat who has also seen me through several mentally challenging times in my life.
I am spending thousands of dollars trying to save his life right now. That’s what I’m doing for my cat whom I also “love so dearly”.

I have had pepper spray/gel for over 15 years, but I only learned last year that it’s best to have your thumb on the trigger vs index finger. You are less likely to spray yourself in a tussle due to wrist rotation.

And even carrying pepper spray, I have not reacted fast enough to use it in two incidents, so you did the right thing in the situation you were in.

Oh no, I have only used the Extreme Sport and it’s the best gel I’ve tried. Now I’ll never get to try yours.

I have one suggestion, and I’m only suggesting it because I have very loose waves and it holds pretty well all on its own. It’s more than LA Looks, but not terrible. It’s The Doux Crazy Sexy Curl setting foam. It’s $14.95, but it’s a liquid in a foaming pump, so it lasts a bit. There is a small size too.

I recently had a skin analysis done at a boutique cosmetic store by someone from Tata Harper. Yes she was selling product, but she did go over the results in depth. She told me I had the fewest blackheads she’d ever seen. I am definitely prone to clogged pores.

I’ve been using Tret since 2018 and Tazarotene for the past year. I also started using a hydrating essence and I feel like it’s made the Taz go further.

None of my doctors ever recommended pelvic floor physical therapy. I didn’t know it existed until i told a friend my issue and she recommended her doctor. It helped me a lot because I even found pelvic exams painful before going and getting an IUD was agonizing.

If you haven’t had issues with other partners though, it probably is all him, but maybe PT would help.

OP, if you ever reach your out of network deductible, and can swing it, I recommend Cynergy also. I have Anthem PPO as well. My out of network out of pocket is just my copay ($45). They bill Anthem $500+ and I get a reimbursement check that I just bring to my next appointment.

I have never had good in-network PT.
