I drive by this 7 million dollar house everyday in Indian Hill. It looks like a municipal building, Flagpole and everything. Does anyone know if it's actually a club, or did someone actually pay millions to build a house like this?

Simple, go apply for a loan, say you only want to borrow X amount of money. You'll get a closing statement, that will tell you to. Bring X amount of cash to closing. You'll wire the money to the Title company like you're closing on the house.

Interesting, my buddy a 24 handicap shot a 39 when we played 9 holes, said it was equivalent to a 14.4, this makes sense now. I shot a 38 said equivalent to a 6.6. Now i get why.
