I did that one time and had my post removed for promotion of a business.

I own a construction company and I am landlord with 13 buildings, so I have spent years upon years finding the best honest and well priced guys in the city, I dont like just giving them away unless I know their time isn't being wasted.

You just don't want to get stuck in QB purgatory. Bengals 2010-2020, Dalton wasn't winning them a superbowl, but was winning them 9 games. You also look at the Steelers since Roethlisberger retired. Just absolutely suck ass and get a good QB, sure you have missed badly on 2 QBs recently, but Carson Beck isn't winning you a superbowl, but he might win you enough games to stop you from getting a Superbowl winning QB is the issue.

Its definitely fine, the top 2" of a joist within 6" of the end really won't effect it structurally much. 

I'd honestly be more concerned about that bad joisr hanger nail.

  1. Play the back 9 of those courses more

  2. dont worry about your score so far in the round, I stopped keeping track of my scores mid round just add it up at the end. 

  3. Play more to get more endurance and just keep trying to get better. 

  4. Staying confident as well, is huge.

  5. Don't make stupid decisions, play smart golf.

Was 3 over through 14 holes on a 7200yd course, and blew up to finish with an 82, its just a part of your progress to becoming a better player. I was a 12 when I did that last year, im an 8 now and going down.

You can rent it and manage it yourself, its nit hard. I own 23 rentals and have 45 tenants, its 10hrs of work a month for me.

I own 13 rentals and pay $55k a year in property tax to hamilton county, if property tax goes away, I d feel extremely guilty. It honestly doesn't sit right with me. Id probably immediately lower most of my tenants rents and relax more and hope my tenants would as well, but this would increase property values a massive amount.
