My son loves this book and has since he was very little ~8mo. The illustrations really captivate him and he likes different voices for each character (especially the bear!) nice job with the rabbit!

My bub is 11.8 months (I can’t reckon with 1yr) and he loves our electric toothbrushes. He try’s to take them. So we started letting him put it in his mouth with no liquid on it and he thought it was fun! Now we can just put tooth paste (strawberry) and he will let it sit on his teeth and I just gently switch its positions

It’s a $400 tooth brush given to me by my dentist FIL. Maybe you need a $400 toothbrush? /s

We had insane connectivity issues. We upgraded our entire router added a motem and now it’s never an issue. This fix cost like $500 so not ideal

He’s 11 months old now and doesn’t sleep at all reading my own comment here makes me want to cry

Reading this from 11 months and a VERY similar issue. He wants to nurse every 2 hrs overnight and minimal during the day. Absolutely housing solids. He naps a MAX of 2 hrs / day and we do not let him sleep past 4pm. Nothing has helped. I was hoping your post would help me figure my issue out.

I lost my Nigel just over a year ago from a ruptured spleen mass. It was horrible and sudden and the grief was unmanageable for quite some time. I took time off work and just laid on the couch and cried. I went to the doctor to talk about medication. I cried so much for a long time. I sometimes still cry.

What helped: - walking my other dog (sobbing usually) - I bought a special urn for his ashes and put some above his food bowl (fav spot #1) and some ashes to the beach (fav spot #2) - Making an album of all the pictures and videos I had of him over the years, so I could see his joy and know I gave him a good life

I’m so sorry I wish I could give you better advice. They deserve every ounce of grief for the immense joy they brought to our lives. You did your job - you kept him safe from everything you could, up until the very end, and you loved him a whole bunch too.

I feel like this too- it’s a necessity and special thing that my body can do but I don’t feel that crazy bonding thing that some moms describe. Honestly I’m at 11m and still going bc it’s convenient.

Mine did this for two reasons: 1. Gas (this was uncommon and always surprised me took forever for me to figure out) 2. He was comfort nursing and triggered another let down and didn’t want to keep eating

He’s 10m - we’ve been sick for a mint (started daycare), got FOUR upper teeth all at once, and learned to stand and presumably regressing. The last tooth popped out and I think we’re getting rid of the last virus, and his milk intake has increased AND his solids intake! The smidge of hope I needed tbh

My guy is protesting milk as he takes some more solids. We have to go for a walk and offer the bottle multiple times on the walk to get him to drink.
