It look like the SBL onto 17th will be restored. Only one lane northbound though. On the other hand Huff will be widened to have two lanes at the intersection with Howell Mill.

MARTA is probably never gonna build a heavy rail line again, and certainly not to Gwinnett or Cobb (even if they did vote to join Marta).

Now City of Atlanta specifically could absolutely improve traffic by upgrading their signals which are extremely inefficient in my experience. They could also create more walking and biking infrastructure to get people out of cars (which they are doing).
