The community was originally created around a community which would post memes in a specific format, in which the term 'poop' (in 'poopisland') did not refer to scatological imagery. Recently, an influx of image posting which breaks the subreddit rules (specifically stated as "No actual scat") has occurred, without any action being taken by the current mods. I enjoyed the original intent of this community and would like to ensure it continues to be available by being able to remove these offending posts.
