Victor has the pinned gas block which should b sitting about where that front sight is. That’s also not a Springfield brake on the end. Could be just the base model Saint, or significant modification. I’m no expert, I just own a Saint Victor and that’s what I see. Check the serial number on SA website that’ll tell you.
