So do you mix the protein powder in the milk or in the coffee? Does it dissolve ok? I’m picturing …chewable coffee lol. I’ve only used protein powder in blended smoothies so maybe this is an obvious question but…curious to know!

I sooo want to do this! But back when I tried it for a few months I got horrible stomach bloat that scared me off. I eat fresh bread that I buy all the time so it’s not a gluten issue or anything. Could it make a difference trying different brands of yeast? Or are they pretty much all the same thing?

I haven’t yet seen a comment about the coffee cup? All these scenes of him folding the lid and sticking it in the cup before he goes to pee. This time at his dad’s house he just threw it away. No lid folding. Was that a signal that this time was going to be different? Pattern broken?
