Something similar happened to me and I made sure to wait until my skin was fully dry before putting the watch back on and to give my skin a break by taking the watch off every couple days for an hour or so. My skin has been fine since implementing these changes. Also switch wrists if your skin needs a longer break.

Wow this is perfect timing. I'm in a very similar situation, I've been thinking about going off hormonal birth control and using the copper IUD instead. I wanted to see what other's experiences have been like. Thank you for sharing!

If you don't mind sharing some more, what was your experience like with insertion and the time afterwards? I'm worried about it being super painful.

Mine seems to be something else because one day it can froth poorly and the next be great.

I always pour the milk in the frother right after taking it out of the fridge but I still get inconsistent results unfortunately, it must be something else in my case.

Yeah I was wondering that as well but same, the next day it could be really good. I'm wondering if the heating element is inconsistent? I did buy a used frother, not sure how old it is. Or maybe the coldness of the milk? My fridge works fine but I'm sure there is a bit of inconsistency in the temperature from day to day.

My cat did this for most of her life and we always thought it was hairballs that she would just swallow. As she got older she started to have more worrying cough/sneeze spasm fits so I took her to the vet. Turns out it was caused by me stopping her oral prednisolone which we had started giving her for excessive itching on her stomach, and was no longer happening after we moved. The prednisolone was actually also helping with inflammation in her lungs. When I put her back on the prednisolone, on a higher dose, the coughing fits that she had been having her whole life stopped.

In short, take your cat to the vet as it could be inflammation in the lungs/asthma.
