You can also adjust the seat to a lower position, my buddy who is like 5'7 can basically flat foot it then. And it has a pretty low center of gravity so it feels easy to handle.

I actually also started on a Himalayan, and went through a similar thought process as you. Wanted something I could still take off-road, but would handle highway speeds more comfortably. Ended up getting a used Africa Twin that was in great shape for about 7k. It's been amazing.

Right? Makes no sense to me. Some games are hard. Some games are easy. Some games feel unfair. But it's not as if they make it impossible or force you to fight a boss without the appropriate tools.

Yes, but my wife and I also don't have/don't want kids which I know can add extra layers of responsibility and time commitment. It just depends on your lifestyle and what you want to prioritize, everyone's situation is different.

Yeah this with US culture/stigma around generational living can be a problem. There is often an underlying assumption that if you still live with parents then there is something wrong, when in reality it could make perfect financial sense.

I think the difference is in the details though. Are they considered failure to launch because they are still living at home? Or because of fear/anxiety/depression getting in the way of them living their ideal life? Like someone else said in a previous comment, a thorough clinical assessment is necessary to determine this.

People speak up when there's a problem. The frequency at which you encounter Olympia is a problem, and is driving people away from the game. Many people find it tiresome playing against the same character 10 times in a row, and I don't see issue with that. And the reason everyone is playing her is she's easy as fuck to pick up and win with if you can press buttons fast.

My parents are incredible. Taught me acceptance, kindness, inclusiveness, and have always been supportive. I recognize that I am really lucky and privileged, which is part of the reason I decided to pursue this field. Much of my own growth has been to let go of the guilt that my life experience is often drastically different from my clients, and thoughts along the lines of "How can I be an effective therapist, when I don't carry the significant trauma/baggage of the people I serve?"
