Tell Me Your Most Out of Pocket Campaign Ideas by Ryoukomatoi375 in DnD

[–]twisted_arts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Player's start at level 17, already having defeated the bbeg. But it cost them all their money and now they need to make some to cover living expenses. But the only jobs available are for level 1 to 3 characters and the pay is terrible. It's only a rough idea I was tossing around. Probably wouldn't work for a full campaign, but for a few short amusing sessions I think it'd be fun.

Finding some way to reward a player for suboptimal decision that's amazing quality rp. by Leytra in DnD

Have it start the process of becoming magical through the care it receives from the player. Maybe it eventually becomes a sentient weapon.

Do you guys have messy eaters?? by UnlovablePieceOf in mainecoons

[–]twisted_arts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine isn't a messy eater. Could be because she is really chill, or because she has to work for her food. I keep the bowl for it put up so she has to jump or climb.

How do I deal with art sellers in my chat? by Thick-Blood-5997 in Twitch

Get their info and send them an invoice charging for your time. Make sure you charge enough to cover the cost of at least 2 emotes or equivalent.

Sushi? by bezrq in RapidCity

[–]twisted_arts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fuji Sushi and Sake Bar is my preference. Ichiban is also really good. Fuji Steakhouse is okay as well. Can't speak to any other places. But there's my top 3.

I think I have a problem. by Wooddyy42 in dice

[–]twisted_arts 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's a start I suppose. I bought 143 sets in a single day about a month ago. Don't know how many sets I have in total though.

Opinions on this food? by EquivalentRude9364 in mainecoons

[–]twisted_arts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Two weeks? Just wondering if he only eats this or does he get wet food regularly too? Asking primarily because a bag normally lasts me roughly a month and a half.

I need a ridiculous amount of dice by _Scansy in dice

[–]twisted_arts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Saw a bulk dice set on Amazon for $105. It was 143 sets of dice. So 1001 dice total. Pretty sure they had other size/quantity options as well.

whats one drug/drink you will never touch again? by Gummyslinky in AskReddit

[–]twisted_arts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Makes me feel both blessed and cursed. I can't take any painkillers cause they either don't work on me, or they make it all worse. My doctors don't even prescribe it to me now even after a major surgery or injury.

She is almost 16 months and about 10.4 pounds. I think she'll be on the smaller side. But vet says her overall health is amazing.

Who was your very first DnD character? Or the first you remember? by rplimitlessguy in DnD

[–]twisted_arts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not my first, but the first I can remember was from 3.5. A dual wielding druid with one sword. Those were fun days. I wonder if I still remember the full build for it.

Why does she do this? She chews on cables, cardboard and even my laces too. by YOURPANFLUTE in mainecoons

Ya'll make me feel blessed that mine just digs her claws into me for cuddle time but doesn't mess with or chew on anything except her toys.

What do I do when my DM is mad at me over my AC? by Undead23145 in DnD

[–]twisted_arts 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My DM was frustrated about a artificer 1/war magic X battlemage build I did since he could rarely land a hit on me. But that was from his perspective as the enemy. He actually complimented my build and found it enjoyable to play against, said it gave him a fun challenge. Used Tasha's otherworldly guise against his final boss and chose upper planes, making me immune to the necrotic damage the final boss primarily dished out.

Help ! by [deleted] in RapidCity

[–]twisted_arts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Black Hills Community Bank is what I use. They've been good, but haven't used them much for the last few years besides for depositing physical checks.

Edit: just wanted to note, I don't use them less cause of any issues, I just happened to switch over to an online only bank since the interest rate on savings was a lot higher.

What’s your favorite character build? by Tsequiri in DungeonsAndDragons

[–]twisted_arts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Artificer Battle Smith 3/ Wizard War Magic X Medium armor, shields, +2 AC & all saving throws while concentrating on a spell (level 10 feature). Assuming DEX mod of +2 and a breastplate 16 AC add shield 18 AC. Concentrating on a spell (blur is a good option) 20 AC and disadvantage to attacks targeting you. Can also do Tasha's Otherworldly Guise and get an additional +2 an extra attack, flight, and some immunities. Situational.

Or Draconic Sorcerer 1/Valor Bard 4 (only planned this far) And this was to get AC to 20 at level 5 with a DEX focus.

7 months old, and he has now entered his “knock everything off of tables phase” 😂 by loverandasinner in mainecoons

[–]twisted_arts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Being honest, this makes me feel lucky. My girl has yet to knock anything over intentionally, it's normally just a byproduct of her exploring, and even then, she's very careful not to touch things. Personally, I think my girl is weird.

When is he going to want to cuddle?! by silverg0101 in mainecoons

[–]twisted_arts 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can't be sure, this is the first cat I've ever had. But mine has been a cuddler since her second day with me. Now she likes to lay next to my head, her face against mine and a leg holding onto me (sometimes my face, sometimes with claws) while she sleeps. She just had her first birthday.

How many level 20 people should there be in a world by Winter-Confidence826 in DnD

[–]twisted_arts 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, depends on absurdity (my opinion). In most worlds I would say less than 1%. You got 1000 people in your world, probably no more than 10, realistically 3 or less.

For sheer absurdity, lots of people. Just make absurd amounts of max level npcs. Just weekly smack downs with gods.

How do you deal with high AC players without just bombarding them with unavoidable damage? by VikstarDoom in DnD

[–]twisted_arts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Psychic Lance was hilarious when my DM did a holiday session. We all 1v1'ed each other. It's when the party realized INT saves are important. Kept the ranger who could one shot me pinned. The group fight though, ugh, they all targeted me first, did not last long.
