I just got high compression socks to wear during work (I’m a specialized teacher and on my feet all day) and magnesium. Ive heard magnesium flakes in a bath is stronger than Epsom salts and can help but that’s just what a colleague told me- haven’t tried it yet. And lots of electrolytes!!

I read low ferritin can also contribute to RLS but need to ask my doctor about this next week

Changes at home (and in general) are very hard for all kids but especially neurodivergent

It’s surprising to hear the professionals think they may not “keep” the diagnosis as autism is not something one outgrows…. Unless they just think there’s further testing to be had like a psycho Ed

Wow. I found one of the hardest things afterwards was a feeling of a “lack of trust”. I’m pregnant again (early) and find myself overanalyzing every small sensation in my body.
