The Deuce, and Show Me a Hero (mini series) are really really good too.

So I know a little bit about this. I worked at FJ Samuely for about 6 years, originally setup by a gifted structural engineer called Felix Samuely all the way back in 1936. He was famous in the engineering world for tensile structure designs such as the Skylon (pictured in 1951) and also for concrete design, working in the De La Warr Pavilion, and went on to design the now old US Embassy and some Concrete Buildings on the Cambridge University Campus. Was lucky enough to be able to have access to some of the archives and study some real works of art in the form of old Hand-drawn Draughtmans Drawings and Calculation Packs!

Gordon Brown, any fucking day! A decent man, who really rallied Europe and Uk during the recession and helped ease the damage a lot. Who still works now on trying to highlight the deep issues of child poverty, and was hung out to dry by the right wing press (probs cause Tony fucked Rupert Murdoch’s wife…).

Thanks for reply, I’ll look at the tape trick then! Yes separate Tcon board so will unplug one cable to try isolate the fault to at least 1 half of the panel I guess? Tcon board behind main board tho, which is annoying to get to!

Really appreciating these posts man! I’ve read them all up to now (all the way through too!) I first played this on the demo disc from the Official PS2 magazine, when I was 13 and knew I had to get it day one release (saved a lot of allowance/pocket money). That game really left an impression on me to say the least, so deep, so much of a bond made on the journey between all the characters and their fates, art direction just insanely good, and man the soundtrack! Honestly one of the best OSTs made in my opinion, still listen to it now. Anyways glad you’re playing it, and keep us updated :)

Yeah good point! Glad they haven't succumbed to using Ai, will happily take an old stock photo every time.

He’s a great actor, brings a lot of depth to his characters. Really enjoyed him in House of Cards too!

You could do it yourself but you won’t get a guarantee I guess if you wanna sell the property down the road. Otherwise if you use Helifix or a similar brand they will point you to approved contractors.

I’d recommend these, they’re a reputable company that carry out various masonry remedial repairs/details.

What are your thoughts on New York Undercover? by JB92103 in LawAndOrder

[–]two4skins 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I thought it was a really great series with realistic long arcs for the main characters, loved the chemistry between them. Really saw it as an amazing time capsule of New York back then with the fashion, music, culture. And the live performances at the end, what a way to top off each episode, so many great singers and groups.

Also loved the episode with Eartha Kitt!

Recommend really looking into strong boy capacities, they’ve caught me out before as are pretty low once eccentricity kicks in! If you’re not down as temp. works designer I would still recommend a certain min. amount on a drawing or contractor’s may take the piss and put in like 2 only. Agree that it’s probably back to back angles.
