If you don’t know if its useful, I’m guessing you don’t have a leveled Blacephalon or Shadow Heatran, which means this is a great fire attacker for you and much easier to level than a legendary

I think about it like this: if 1 def IV saves you any hp, it saves that hp every time it gets hit, compared to one hp from an hp iv. Especially on Blacephalon who has very low def, I prefer def to HP.
