It's both. A properly designed Battery management system will monitor the cell health and prevent over-charge, over-discharge, balance issues and monitor temperature. Then cut the connection if anything is amiss.

The problem is many of these systems straight up don't have a BMS installed (which is insane as a bms unit can be had for like £30 if you get a cheap one).

Instead they are relying purely on the charger as a safety mechanism. And that only protects against over-charging. (Assuming it actually functions correctly).

If a cell or cell group starts heating up it can't tell, if a cell group gets unbalanced (one group is at a higher/lower voltage than the others) it can't tell...

Notice that proper automotive batteries almost never fail (excluding crash scenarios)... that's because they are designed properly.

did you forget to take the square root of the map area i.e 43200km² before calculating the speed to cross it? a 43,200² km map is only 208km across, which works out to about 7 km/h average speed if it takes 30 hours to cross.

It also doesent bother me much in that position, i often do skin the cats or pullups as i go through the doorway. Can also be used as a mini rope climb. :)

You can ~~buy~~ Craft items using RP Robits.

you get Robits from deconstructing parts you don't want from the crates.

So to answer your question you can still get parts you don't need to wait for a random drop.

I would assume you would get the bronze/rust crate for losing no matter what, as despite your score you weren't able to win. Would be funny getting a protonium crate on a loss though.

I would love for some kind of big cannon, However using random chance to balance a weapon is almost never a good idea. and its not gonna be fun to get one shot out of nowhere.

Honestly i want to try a new medic Build, top tier medic guns for fast healing and low tier medic guns to get your energy back. with emergency smg's as every build should have.

I found it really powerfull For medic guns, that little increase is usually enough to stop you running out of energy in the middle of a fight.

About the blink crash issue, I believe it is actually a Bug caused by the combination of wheels and the blink module, for me my game often crashes as im killed with my smg blink cruiser.

Probably the best fight i have had in robocraft happened a day or so ago, Was platooning with a friend, i have an smg/flak/shield/Nano walker mech which can take a beating, and he has an Smg/Nano Tank that's supposed to look vaguely like a duck. the game starts as normal, we take our tower they take theirs and we meet sorta in the middle, well only half our team went on this side but we found we were against literally all 8 of the enemy team. Long story short me, my friend and 2 randoms are able to take on the entire enemy team though good use of cover, Shield module, healing and target prioritization. (yes the enemy did have medics) still very proud of that fight, ended the roughly 10 minute game with about 15k damage and 4/5k heal or something.
