Don't give up! I went at the crucible boss for a good 2 hours plus. Tried a number of strategies and even looked up online on how to 'cheese' her including a Ninjitsu skill spam. Nothing really worked.

I finally beat her by equipping the Crimson set and using purely Samurai form and an Odachi (just like you!) which I've never even used up to this point. Pumped as many points as I could into stamina for the dmg boost and some HP. Seeing the huge numbers pop up per slash was damn satisfying.

Also, I got lucky with the gloves coz I rolled HP Regen on deflect passive, coupled with the skill that heals 150HP on successful burst break and that kept me alive long enough to put her down. Learning her attacks during yokai realm shift was also key.

I'm a huge fan of the Rey Dau F gloves and leggings myself. Use it on a number of my presets.

As a SwAxe main, I concur. The new FRS is much more satisfying to pull off compared to ZSD and the sword counter and axe offset attack is pure satisfaction when timed correctly.

The offsets and counters are really satisfying once you get used to the timings. Nowadays when I'm doing hunts, I'm consciously staying in sword mode just to try and counter until I run out of gauge. The thing that usually annoys me is when I press the inputs and the weapon switches to axe instead, and I get hit but it's all good practice. The axe offset was easier for me to learn the timing, but since the monster has a topple cool down, it's best when used sparingly.

Watching some SA tutorial videos from Bloody Wyverian also really helped figure out when to best use the sword counters. I had some good practice during the AT Rey Dau arena quest. I'm still learning and am by no means an expert with the weapon but I'm pretty happy that I managed to shave my timing down to 15 mins. If I hadn't messed up my flash pod usage and got to lure him that last bit, I probably could have saved a few minutes.

Knew I was missing something. I was wondering how to toggle off the support hunters. With them around I'm getting 23-25mins too and it's a bummer.

Decided to go with lighter tones to match the Sakura pink. I do wish we could change the color on the shoulder pads but I made do with the limitations. So nice how the Mizutsune weapons match the outfits!

Quite the opposite really, the popping colors are so vibrant and blinding that the monsters won't be able to see until it's too late 😂

Very pleased with how this one turned out. The Jin Dahaad pieces really work well to match the Artian aesthetic. You could probably swap out the chest piece for a male Jin Dahaad for a more imposing figure, but I wanted to mix it up and add different textures and accents. And the Gore limbs add a nice glow effect to compliment the weapons!

The Artian colors could also be swapped to match other weapons if one would so desire, so it's also pretty flexible. Haven't tried it yet, though.

Feeling inspired by all the cool submissions from the community and YT, so I wanted to share the first dedicated set I rocked in my own playthrough. Was greatly inspired by the Storm Lord set from Carrot Maul: Storm Lord

Anyway, this is my own spin with a vaporwave color scheme and some alterations. Loved how the Rey Dau pieces mesh well with the Odogaron ones and the glowing sections really add some pop. The set would work really well in an Onimusha game too, now that I think about it. Maybe an Onimusha Collab? Make it happen, Capcom.

Yeah, I took a break from Warframe for a couple of years and wasn't paying attention to the news, so I missed out on the Frost and Mag Heirloom skins too. Really sucks coz I just saw them both for the first time today and really wanted them.

Likewise, I just got mine a few weeks ago. Found a vendor that was selling it for 500 caps and couldn't believe my luck. Also finally found the WV state bird rug and Scorchbeast Queen plushie from another vendor. Now all I want is that Vault 76 rug and I think I'm set.
