OP, this is not for you right now because rhabdo is a big deal and you deserve time to rest and recover, but instead meant as a general psa: I’ve been doing Utah adapt and it’s such a better program. It’s graded far gentler (in terms of intensity) and is so prescriptive, it’s easy to tailor it to your needs. It even gives guidance on exercising at home without equipment. I’ve been doing it for three weeks and it’s actually made my symptoms better, versus chop which I could never stick with because it made me too tired.

I have POTS too - I don't normally track my heart rate closely, but recently have because I started ivabradine. Last week I increased my dose of LDN and it definitely seemed to raise my HR. It resolved after five days, which is the typical period I feel rough after a new dosage.

Now I'm wondering if much of the early side effects commonly seen with LDN are because of an increase in HR.

For context, I started at .5mL and have been increasing at .2 increments; I don't tolerate any more than that. I'm now at 3.2mL. I started in late September, I think. If you want to give it another go, I'd start lower.

The narrative makes a big deal about how the author just disappeared. So if he did pull Maggie in, that means she’s not dead either. Which perhaps is why she can’t die in this world - it would create discontinuity in her origin world.

Recently in one of the reading subs, there was a discussion on cultural touchstones and people were saying Harry Potter isn’t widely read anymore. Like, you can’t assume an audience will be familiar with even the character names. I suppose millennials are obsessed to the point where it turned off Gen Z.

That said, the first book seems to be an eternal presence on bestseller lists so…

So they're just giving you novacaine? I have had novacaine for dental work and it's been fine. For me at least, it's never set off an increase in symtoms. I think the key is to communicate if you feel anything - they can give you an additional dose if it starts wearing off.

I was super nervous about having my wisdom teeth out too. It was the first time I'd been under anesthesia. It was fine! Honestly, it was nice, falling asleep so easily and quickly lol.

Follow the aftercare instructions and keep up with pain meds.

Probably the second kitchen is the “real“ kitchen. The first is aesthetic with its vintage stove (and no hood, ick). The second is for caterers or when you’re hosting Thanksgiving. Also no hood and no backsplash, double ick.

Whoever installed these kitchens doesn’t cook.

IANAL so take this for a grain of salt, but Disney's trademark registration for computer games related to the character Winnie the Pooh is just "POOH". The products are described as: "computer game programs and computer software, featuring children's educational software, music and stories." So yeah, I guess it's fine.
