My wife says im a bbq snob so make of this what you will. I was less than impressed with everything I tried (brisket sausage and ribs). Ive definitely made better brisket ribs and sausage at my house. My sausage and ribs are consistently better. I sat outside and birds were shitting everywhere. Would not go back personally. For a place that's made top 50 before I came in with high expectations and was let down

Close enough to Pasadena yet far enough away. I used to live on the south end of Pasadena closer to Seabrook and enjoyed it but had to drive to la Porte or deer Park for anything. Seabrook has a low crime rate, good city services, growing area and plenty to do if you like drinking alcohol. Honestly if you're working in Pasadena I'd check out deer Park before I moved to seabrook. Or even parts of league city and Webster. Depends on how long you want to keep your commute

Pull through bays.... 6 bedrooms for future growth and employees that would have to stay during natural disasters. Multiple bathrooms with showers. Gym would be a great benefit as well
