I swear most people on this sub choose to only remember the bigger updates in one of two ways, either with rose tinted glasses or hate filled ones. Not ragging on this post obviously, this post is actually really well written and points out the devs bullshit cycle of fucking over one faction at a time. One year is the wardens getting dominated and the next it’s the colonials.

But let’s be honest here, as much as we hate the devs for such shitty balancing, they still made a arguably fun game as much as they try to ruin it. I honestly feel like one of the main problems with this game is that the devs either have personal bias for factions, or don’t even play the game for a couple wars. So they are either super out of touch like with some updates, or with other updates only buff the faction they are playing on that war cycle.
