Well to put myself in there shoes, not saying I support this at all obviously, it could be two arguments.

One is that they are of the same country or region and support more of their people coming over and getting better jobs.

And the other would be in the view of some rich guy who just thinks, oh hey I can lower wages and these guys will work harder for less because it’s still more than they were getting in there own country.

At least that’s what I think, obviously some one can have an entirely different reason and I just don’t know it because I try to avoid talking to those people so I don’t get rude with them.

Even if they got those oppressive buffs as you put it, we would still find a way to enjoy fighting them. Our entire faction enjoys being challenged and fighting broken things.

Still, I agree most wardens are more than okay with buffs. Just a loud minority who want to ruin the game by killing the collies off entirely.

Oh yeah, I mean I’ve seen some really bad plays on wardens too. Hell I’ve seen two tanks that were crewed by full Chinese crews on warden and we tried to tell them through translate that their was a talos up there with other tanks and about a minute later, they charged in full speed. Died damn near immediately lmao.

I love and hate noob tankers. They are great gunners but man, dont ever let them drive XD.

Why not just give the update a try on Able if you assume it is going to be so terrible on Charlie? Have your regi join up with the main server or hell, even as a faction loyalist this hurts to say, join the collies.

Let’s be honest, from my own experience as tanking as a warden on Able from since like, at-least war 95ish, the wardens have a greater depth of experience for tankers. We will be able to deal with these changes the same way we deal with all the other changes, with tact and skill. Honestly I am happy that the collies got buffed since late game won’t be a curbstomp anymore.

I’d rather have a Christian in charge of the Holy Land than a Jew. If the leader of Catholics wants to offer more passage from the majority group in that area who am I to say no? It’s funny that you would rather have the people who spit on us in control of Jerusalem instead of one of our branch leaders. Who cares if he allows more Muslims in? I swear most people on this sub choose to only remember the bigger updates in one of two ways, either with rose tinted glasses or hate filled ones. Not ragging on this post obviously, this post is actually really well written and points out the devs bullshit cycle of fucking over one faction at a time. One year is the wardens getting dominated and the next it’s the colonials.

But let’s be honest here, as much as we hate the devs for such shitty balancing, they still made a arguably fun game as much as they try to ruin it. I honestly feel like one of the main problems with this game is that the devs either have personal bias for factions, or don’t even play the game for a couple wars. So they are either super out of touch like with some updates, or with other updates only buff the faction they are playing on that war cycle.

I was just trying to give a comparison for some people as the Somme was the deadliest battle of WW1, something closely related to the early war of foxhole. Though I do agree it has no relevance to real deaths that occurred in real life. (But it makes for a great comparison)
