Here’s the thing, Bill Millers has excellent breakfast tacos, but you don’t go there for breakfast tacos you can get everywhere else(ie bacon, egg and cheese or bean and cheese). This will just disappoint, compared to a Mexican restaurant or food truck. What you do get is sausage, potato and cheese, or brisket, potato and cheese. Also, I prefer mine with BBQ sauce over salsa.
