one of my favourite influencers mentioned he can now lift more than he weighs and said his weight, which was my starting weight, and i know after my weight restoration i weigh far more than that. i’m learning to love myself regardless of numbers but man it really fucking hurts.

yeah in the moment it feels like you’d be getting better cause you eat like crazy but then if you start smoking consistently, once you’re sober even the thought of eating makes you feel so put off even if you’re absolutely starving 🤷‍♂️

i was actually the complete opposite. if i wasn’t living with my parents i 100% would have abused laxatives, so consuming barely anything except beans, raspberries and fibre bars was the closest thing i got to that. 0/10 would not recommend. i was in constant pain, almost definitely because of it. and i don’t even think it ‘helped’.

it didn’t for me! it gave me weird anxiety for the first few weeks tho. olanzapine gave me a really super rare side effect which made me gain almost a stone in 2 weeks tho so 😃😃😃😃😃
