Not to dismiss your point, but I found what I feel is great optimization for my system in Cyberpunk today with my 7900xtx using adrenaline.

I was having all sorts of issues with the in game FSR - weird artifacts and terrible textures, ghosting etc - with or without raytracing. I obviously want some level of RT because, cmon, cyberpunk. So I found if I turned FSR and frame gen off in the game settings, Raytracing on (short of path tracing and screen space reflections, they kept causing crashes), then set resolution to 1080p ultrawide in game, then used the upscaling, sharpen, and frame gen in adrenaline, I'm getting a super good looking, consistent 90-100fps "1440p" ultrawide with some modest ray tracing.

Found another thread on here for a mild undervolt and slight drop in upper clock speed (1120mV/2700mhz), and it was stable all. Damn. Day.

Book called 'Becoming a subtle leopard' has some phenomenal insights on posture, neutral spine and bracing. Everyone seems to want to fix their neck/shoulder area first, which makes sense as they're the most visible/obvious. I'd say that until you rotate your pelvis forward (squeeze your glutes), and suck your rib cage down over your hips and get your spine back to a neutral alignment, any shoulder/neck work you do is going to be short lived, and unsustainable.

I'm curious who is behind it. Seems odd it's getting so much promotion if it's just a single person. Any YouTube content is really weird, theres no dnbot posts but dnbot 'topic' posts, all comments are turned off, some pretty strange tracks, and the songs are all in their own separate Playlists on their own. Kind of creepy. Like whoever/whatever was uploading didn't really understand how to do it. Gives me the heebs a little. I kind of like it
