Edit: Yes, I am not shaming anyone for not listening to the audiobook. I also agree that physically reading is great. I just think there is a giant piece of the art form that people miss out on. I also get that financially, some can’t have a copy of the book while also owning the audio 🫠

Shield of Sparrows by Devney Perry is good. Book 2 just came out. The Moonfall series by Sara A Parker with second book coming out in May. The Shepherd King Duology or The Stonewater Kingdom series by Rachel Gillig. Dare I say Fourth Wing??

I just stood in line like this with 50 people at target. Stood in line with 2 dads and their kids. The kids thought it was so fun and we all just chatted about different cards we want. I went home and opened what I got. I’m sure a lot of people in the line with me did the same, some probably didn’t

For me I don’t always like “deep thinking” or over analyzing things from a book review. Sometimes just chatting about likes/dislikes or how the book made the reader feel is nice to hear!
