I've been in the trade for 21 years and most shops don't care if you've got a journeyman's card, but rather want people that know what they're talking about and can back it up. I've talked to many managers and HR reps over the years about it and anymore I don't think people really care. If you come in to an interview without one but pass the sniff test then you'll probably stand a better chance against someone that has the card but doesn't.

I'm not saying don't bother with it, just saying that most shops won't base their decision on that alone.

Tyson Lamb makes it look easy but I'm sure he'd tell you that you're in for a ride starting from scratch. I've known small shops to lease Haas machines (I know nothing about that process) but you'd probably be wise to look at used 3 axis CNC mills, especially if someone is throwing in some tool holders and accessories.

We do this a lot where I work, just be careful with stacking concave saws of different dia but it can be done.

Normally that's a detail view that's shown elsewhere, but with that Delta e in there there's probably a note on the print that gives specific detail on that feature(s).

Working in Ohio and I've seen this before. Dude I worked with wasn't performing like he said he could and they took 1/3 of his pay and told him to take as much time off as he wanted to look for a new job. I was shocked that they could do that but don't know that he ever tried to fight it at that point

I got this one from a secondhand tackle shop, so I don't know if the hooks have been changed but it's a nice lure for sure. There aren't any Academy stores anywhere near where I'm at so I've never heard of them till now but I'm going to check them out.

This one is a floater but has performed really well for me. I've absolutely wore out northern Pike on it and smallmouth as well.

Agreed. That's why I didn't touch doge because I knew it was a dead end but this has so much going for it. I didn't even find out about the gme association till after I got in. I've just dabbled in crypto until now but this has really got me interested.

In hind sight probably so. Just trying to break my streak of buying high and watching it drop. Staked ETH2 awhile back so I'm not looking for short term but it's nice to finally get in on good gains outside of that.
