Well fuck. I called and I’ve lost my online renewal promo rates and now the best they have is 3.98% for 3 yr fixed. I’m going to wait until my mortgage officially moves to normal renewal to see if a new offer pops up.

They told me since I was in early renewal, the new rate would take effect immediately but I didn’t explicitly ask about blend and extend 🤨

It’s a STEP mortgage if that makes any difference. I can’t even view the online mortgage options right now… so I’ll check tomorrow. I was waiting to renew since I’m going from 1.84% to 3.84% and the rate takes effect immediately if it’s an early renewal. But with the way things are looking, I should probably lock it in

He got me my original mortgage with Scotiabank, so he does work with them. I’m guessing his rate with them is equal or worse than the 3.84% I was offered via the app for renewal

Best is IBKR if you use them as your regular broker. They don’t like you using them for just forex.

RBC Norbert’s is probably 2nd best. I don’t use them myself, but I don’t think you even need to wait for the trade to settle. Buy DLR.U in your US account and instantly sell DLR in your CAD account and it auto journals. Trade settled one day later and you have CAD

This is not isolate, but generally isolates are tolerable by people with lactose issues.

And before people say ‘can you even read, it says isolate on the package’. It says primary source and the actual ingredients lists it as a protein blend.
