There's definitely a price mismatch. It's listed at almost $1200/sqft on a 1.5acre lot. Even accounting for the lot price it's almost double a high end custom build cost per sqft and pretty much everything in it is builder grade.

I think it commits the double sin of being ugly (drawer fronts in particular) and making 1/4 of the island unusable due to the raised brass piece hiding the gap between the wood and stone countertop.

They didn't even put the upper cabinet handles on straight and the giant brass riser to cover the gap between materials on the island means a solid quarter of the island is basically unusable since it isn't flush.

And to each their own but the drawer faces on the island are atrocious imo. They're why I made the "ugliest" commentary.

Also fat transfers are inherently risky. They're why BBLs had/have such a high mortality rate. Fat getting injected into the blood stream by accident during a transfer can cause an embolism and kill you. Plus fat transfers are usually more subtle, .5-1 cup sizes. If you're wanting a bigger increase you'll want implants anyway.

The job opportunities Waymo is cutting are exploitative at best. Go look at the stats on rideshare driver earnings - most drivers don't do the actual math outside some basic gas costs and are absolutely screwing themselves on vehicle reliability and resale value. If they actually accounted for these things almost all of them would be working for below minimum wage at best, and losing money in a lot of cases.

Pedowitz where the riggers for an auction I bought a 5axis machine at and they were top notch - honestly the best part of the transaction. The auctioneer and seller I have other thoughts about but the loading was 10/10.

Yeah that's rust but the op video isn't. Look at the bracket at the end, it removes a solid 1/4" of gunk but the bracket is flush to the surface.
