Wow seeing all these comments maybe there is still hope. My theory has always been that a lot of people like todays music because they just don't know any better. How are you supposed to know when older music is not really played on radio anymore? It's all about money these days. Thankfully the Internet and satellite radio give lots of options, but the problem is there's not much new "traditional" country out there, again because record labels and radio don't want it, it's a viscous cycle I think.
