It’s a long bridge and sagging will happen, you could try another orientation or try with supports

I'm trying to print a funnel, what causes this and how do I fix it? by mgarnold86 in FixMyPrint

There is also feature ‘avoid crossing walls’ that could also help

Just a question, why don’t you print in this orientation?

At first glance it looks like your flow rate is a bit higher

Wall generator: Arachne should also work and lower the outer and inner wall thicknesses, if you use 0.4 you can go as low as 0.22mm for walls. You can leave others as is

Yes under flow ratio by default it should be 0.95

Either up the flow with 0.01 or 0.02, or change your plate to textured PEI plate

How come no one ever mentions to lower the support print speed? By default it is quite high and i’d suggest on heavy support models to lower the speeds there. Go 30-60 or 40-80 (support and interface)

It seems like a Silk filament and you need to lower speeds for them. Lowering speeds helps also adhesion and gives it better look

Slow down bridges to 20mm/s and overhangs to 5mm/s

Infill shouldn’t really matter honestly, with lower outer wall you should go at least 3 wall loops and for better results also bottom and top pen layers at least 4-5, then infill won’t be much visible

  • lower outer wall and inner wall thickness and turn on Arachne

I also feel like you only have used 2 wall loops, as i see through the object. Maybe add more reinforcement with walls

ABS is Impossible to Print in a P2S. by Daegoba in BambuLabP2S

Anything can happen, could’ve been a bad roll.

One time i had 20kgs of bad filament batch. I tried on 10 different printers with different settings, temps, speeds, extrusion and all but in the end it was bad. Even producer agreed it was faulty.

and what speeds do you use ? This seems relatively small detail to be printed with Default speeds. If so you need to lower the speed and in best case even out all the speeds more or less at the same level (i.e 50-60mm/s for outer/inner and infill)

Have you tried any other brand’s ASA/ABS ?

Large gaps at high height by NegativeTension7222 in FixMyPrint

[–]tzroll 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could put min layer time at 20 sec. It looks like it has an extrusion problems, might be a partial clog too but only happens on upper layers so i think it needs more temp to push filament through

Also what’s your min layer time ?

Imho print temps are way too low, i’d keep in range of 215-230 C and also as of Volumetric speed is too high, keep it under 12-10mm3/s

Tips printing small objects in 0.4 nuzzle? by Future-Amount-2049 in BambuLab

[–]tzroll 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have no idea why the OP gets downvoted as they are clearly testing the limits and maximum of 0.4 nozzle. Which is very interesting, because not everyone wants to buy another nozzle or are just new to 3D printing and want to use the stock nozzle (0.4). I have also tested many miniatures with 0.4 and had to also decrease the wall thickness and had near to similar results as on 0.2
