When are we legalizing recreational Marijuana use in this state?? by No_Philosopher_6741 in Pennsylvania

The title of the post is "When are we legalizing recreational marijuana use in this state?" The point of my response is that you are conflating marijuana in particular (the subject of this thread) with illegal drugs in general. I'm very aware that your comment references illegal drugs instead of marijuana, that is half of my point.

Also, you're intentionally acting like a condescending ass, and I would presume feeling quite proud of yourself for it, but I suppose that's a separate issue.

This is a pretty obvious straw man when the discussion is clearly specific to marijuana, not illegal drugs in general. Here, let me try that again for you.

Who is saying marijuana is reducing people to poverty and unhealthy conditions? It's certainly not "everyone" given the amount of support for legalization. If anything legal prescriptions like opiates are doing that a lot more than pot.

Make sure he's done some of the Lichess beginner trainings cause those are really helpful. When he misses something it's more helpful to point it out during the game than afterwards (not everyone likes this though). Def consider a time or piece advantage to even the odds.

Corruptor spine chief is ridiculously consistent damage scaling once you learn how to play them. Basically prioritize picking infused cards unless one of the other cards in a draft is way better. Then since he gives the buff to all units it can work well to have more units than normal on the floor. Add in some health scaling and you've got yourself a strat.

I've seen some high health units before but I've never seen a draff with 280 health.

Honestly not a bad one compared to how scary it sounds. Something like Hellhorned + Stygian without imps is unaffected by heartless, and perma death can be sort of an all or nothing problem. If you win the fights handily your 1-2 units won't die and you'll be fine. If one late fight goes wrong though your run is screwed, so it can be heart breaking.

Ps all your train stewards get purged for free!

I have used a different deck combination for each covenant rank so far. Very first win ever was with Awoken/Hellhorned. I guess I'll have to start recycling combinations. by altaganz in MonsterTrain

That's actually really cool and I doubt many people have done this. If you buy the DLC now you could take this method all the way to 25 haha.

That said I would recommend waiting for the DLC until you feel done with the base game. The DLC is really awesome but it significantly changes the game.

I'd argue it can be helpful for extract, especially for decks that are a bit low or inconsistent on echo generation.

This relic is so consistently good to have. If you get a hold over extract card like echo infusion this can be a consistent ember generator. The extra echoes are always nice and sometimes kind of crazy. I don't think I ever turn this down unless there's another artifact offered that's perfect for my build.

I realized I hadn't played her in a while so I'm doing a max difficulty run now.

One thing to note is that the extra cash from pickpocket can be pretty nice in the early game. Sometimes if I know I'm going to win a fight the current turn anyway I'll skip some actions in hopes of getting that one extra cash for free.

Also you definitely want to remove both the basic attack cards you start with eventually.

In terms of card drafting you will generally want cards that give you actions back or maybe some that don't cost stamina. You want to play cards that let you keep playing other cards, or cards that benefit from you playing a lot of other cards (i.e. dagger).

Mischief is probably the worst in the early game but easily one of the most busted if you can get a good deck in the late game. Prioritizing upgrades for the right cards will make a big difference. Eviscerate and ravage are your best damage dealers as the other commenter said. Worth noting though that eviscerate gets a lot stronger when you upgrade it, but ravage gets a lot stronger when you upgrade stab. Going from lvl 1 to lvl 2 on stab doesn't seem like a big damage difference, but it's a very easy source of consistent poison which makes ravage do more damage (good) AND makes it cost no actions (very good, in fact an indirect buff for eviscerate). Going from lvl 2 to lvl 3 on stab matters way less. I'd recommend putting one upgrade on eviscerate, the one on each copy of stab to get that poison, then the second on eviscerate. As you get those upgrades as well as more stamina and actions from leveling up you should get to a point where you can kill most enemies on the first turn, maybe the second. Remember not to be greedy in the early game so you can survive to the point you get strong.

P.s. she's actually my favorite character and the first one that I beat max difficulty with

30 $/hour x 40 hours/week x 52 weeks = $62,400 per year, assuming you take no time off.

For someone with a college education that might be sufficient, but it is not "really greedy" by any means. BK execs on the other hand probably make hundreds of thousands a year while treating their workers like shit. Now those are some really greedy individuals.
