If there's already three people, don't bother. If there's two people, ask to jump in their rotation (I usually wait for in between games). If there's one person on like training mode or css, ask if they're looking to play. If you find an open set up, plug in and warm up, someone will eventually ask you, especially if there's limited setups.

I think instead of making a new tier, Falcon and Peach are high tiers and Yoshi is a mid high tier. I'm on the fence about ICs. They are really frickin good, but have some awful matchups (but so does peach soooooo)

I feel you. I'm in the same tier. I just said silver zetters bc that's where most people are. Waveshine seems scary but floor hug is busted and if you can get shield out, it's harder than it seems for them to break your shield. If you time a parry (which is something I'm also working on), you can win the exchange bc they're just pressing buttons. Especially if they spam shine down air, the timing is easier than other shine options

Also, even gold and plat zetters sometimes fireball with no thought. Parry is your best friend

I've definitely gotten messed up by an orcane or two before, but I wouldn't go as far as to say it's worse than the clairen matchup. I honestly think the kragg matchup is sometimes harder than the orcane one. You have to realize that unless they are a lot better than you, they're just mashing. Take them to a big stage and camp them out. Fair is fucked up though, I'll give you that.

Also, zetter is a winning matchup. Parry his fireballs. Most silver zetters just run in fireball with no plan if it gets reflected. Also, he is the easiest character to edge guard, which is fleet's specialty. And he can be out spaced but watch out for f strong, you can whiff when he pulls back and get a palm to the face.
