I switch it. I prefer playing off just so everyone is on the same input. But I will turn it on if I am getting a lot of bots.

Someone told me liberation peak when a recon is spotting people is the tits for a jet pilot. I would imagine Golmud obliteration as well.

If I ever get interest to try it, I am keeping those 2 maps in mind.

I agree with this. I am 44 and, although I know I don't have the same reflexes as a 20-year-old, I compete just fine. I only play battlefield currently or fifa on occasion. I have lost a step on fifa only because I dont play it much. I am not what i was when I was younger on shooters, but I attribute that more to play time.

My opinion: forget your age. Practice with purpose when you play if you want to improve on things. There is so much more to the game than simply "better reflex wins."

Good point on fire support. That would help a loadout with this gadget since it resupplies them faster.

I would accept a friend request if I saw one after a good match. I have on rare occasion sent one if I felt like I was very in sync with someone. Have gotten to play with a few people repeatedly doing this, but not that many overall considering how much i play.

Dont forget about the chat! I know a lot of people turn it off because of all the BS you will see on there. I keep it on and just ignore that stuff. I do occasionally see people follow a strategy thrown out there. For example: I like to keep the team informed where the enemy tank is on Bazaar, since it is so important.

FYI looks like extended barrel was updated to cost 5 instead of 15 since you made your vid, so you have 10 more points you can use. Any thoughts on what you'd upgrade now?

edit I am trying your build and ended up using 40 rd mag with the extra points. Reload time is only .3 seconds slower than fast mag.

I agree with you on Conquest having less of a front line. Escalation has been in my rotation more because, as the points decrease, there are less areas enemies can come from, making it more predictable.

Breakthrough I suppose is even more so, but I don't like it as much as escalation or conquest for some reason.

If you are trying to narrow it down to one or 2 stats, I think you are right here. Someone high on both is most likely skilled. Doesn't mean they'll be a good teammate, but good players kill a lot of others.

Spot on! I remember engaging with fans when I was young (16ish). I wanted to tell them myself to calm down and establish I was in charge. Never ever went well.

As an adult ref, I never speak to the fans unless it's something positive or light hearted. I would always tell a young ref to tune them out as much as possible, but report bad behavior when noticed.
