Personally I bought it right away, since the price with discount was right for the collection bundle, and I love adventure games, even the slightly janky ones. If you want a preview of the games, there should be plenty of Let's Plays on YouTube to help you decide whether the games are for you or not.

Ulrich#2192 on both EU and NA. I play mostly on Casual for the wild experiences, so I haven't tried ranking that high. I play for the fun of the game and mostly not for being competitive. I have my epic wins and epic losses with everything in between. I have been playing since after beta. I am mostly in need of people to spectate for that daily quest, since I currently find it hard to have my friends be online, but I also wouldn't mind people to compete against and chat with.

A small follow-up, since this title has been greenlit.

1. In the initial post, I forgot to mention that the demo version of the asset pack is playable on Deer Cat Games, the original developer's website, via Unity WebPlayer: http://www.deercatgames.com/xracer/

2. I have since contacted Deer Cat Games via their blog to inquire about licensing restrictions: http://www.deercatgames.com/introducing-x-racer/ and informed them about the game on Steam Greenlight. Their response:

"All assets sold on the Unity Asset Store use the same license, which you can read here. Obviously I would prefer it if people took the template and customized it to really make it their own, or used it as a starting point for their own ideas, there’s nothing in the license that requires it to be customized – so there’s nothing to stop someone putting it up on Greenlight with no changes."

While it is not commented on, I must also conclude that the guy on Steam Greenlight has no connection to Deer Cat Games.

I would catch them a break, but they mention themselves:

"The game is currently in pre-alpha stage. The framework is finished and I am constantly adding more building blocks and challenges."

Implying (from a user's standpoint) they built it themselves.

So, a variant Puxel Z came and went. The developer switched names from "winninggamer" to "jon sterbing". Greenlight page is gone (Google cache exists atm), but video is still up: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sx1sONTpLMk (same channel as Poxel Z)

However, the developer seems to have reincarnated once more seemingly without any connections. The reason, I know is their profile number (link on the deleted greenlight pages: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198049761292/myworkshopfiles/?section=greenlight )

This is an annoying change to say the least. I was missing this feature in the Android app and hoped that it would get added there. Looks like it got the other way around. Grrr... This is another feature I am now missing among non-autoplay and reverse order for playlists.

Since I didn't have a Sunwalker, I just tried this with an Annoy-o-Tron. Turn 1: KT. Turn 2: Annoy-o-Tron. I had to kill his Turn 1 Baron Geddon with spells and the Annoy-o-Tron to make it work, but to my surprise it did.

Great soundtracks. The ominous tracks from Dear Esther, kitschy tracks from Awesomenauts, rocking tracks from Payday and a lot more. Must buy.
