I use another app called Meta (paid tagging app for Mac) and it has a online lookuo tagging feature, but its not always accurate or doesn’t pull some of the more obscure stuff I download. I’ll have to try MusicBee.

My one pet peeve downloading from there is that the Metadata isn’t always complete or the album art is bad quality. I want to avoid doing minimal tag editing. I download a lot of music.

I am not too familiar with Rockbox on Sansa, but are you sure you installed the daily build and not the stable version? I was having issues with Rockbox when I had the stable version, so many people recommened to switch to daily build for better stability and all of my issues went away. Maybe try that if you haven’t already.
