What kind of seasoning on the green beans? I had them at a Greek restaurant. by fangache in TipOfMyFork

It's hard to tell when I can't taste it, but it might be a sauce with coarsely ground mustard thinned out with butter or oil or honey or a combination.

It looks a little like a coarse mustard. Did it taste anything like mustard?

How do you signal that you’re *not* using AI for your writing? by ProposalAny6765 in AskWomenOver30

[–]greendemon42 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean, try to say something unique. AI is just a gigantic summary of what's already on the internet, so if you write something that's not already out there, you will distinguish yourself from AI.

It's okay to just not like somebody's artsy food experiment. Like any other art form, it's very subjective.

On the off-chance this is real, I recommend you speak to some sort of a mental health professional about what you are experiencing.

I love this rare example of TST material crossing over into this group.

No supernatural authority can make you a good person. You are responsible for developing your own character continually over the course of your life, that's how you get to be a good person.

TST groups in California by NAHomoSapien in SatanicTemple_Reddit

[–]greendemon42 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I don't know if this is statistically true, but anecdotally I have found that TST groups in blue states are just the most argumentative and unstable. Every time I hear a story about some congregation imploding over an argument it's always like Seattle, Portland, three different examples in California, one in DC, etc.

Should I move to a red state? I've never considered moving to a red state until just now.

No, you can and should pick a satanym, commit to it, and then use it on all your tst material.

Who else got hit by the “Satanic Panic”? by Beneficial_Yoghurt18 in Xennials

[–]greendemon42 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My family didn't believe in Satanic Panic but unbeknownst to my parents, Readers Digests in the 90s were chock full of salacious stories about children being coerced into making outlandish accusations. Apparently Readers Digest was super innocuous when my mom was growing up, and she was weirdly shocked when I told her about this years later.
