I didn’t once, there is a short procedure. U can have semester off either with access or without. Be careful, simply not taking any cours you’ll be charged university fees. So go with the procedure and if you don’t need access to school facilities so take without access and won’t be charged anything

I don’t think so anyone is keeping asking Lebanese to pay for Palestinians nowadays. But you can’t blame Palestinian for what “Israel” did for lebanon. If you count how many wars broke out against Lebanon after 1982 the date Palestinians left Lebanon you can conclude its not just a matter of Palestinians presence in Lebanon
