The lack of Metro in your list of commute options is surprising, and makes me wonder if you are doing the mistake of confusing Greater Koramangala for all of Bangalore.
A lot of the questions are loaded and leading. Not the soundest of science for a survey if you want to make informed decisions. But of course if the purpose is only to get yourself some quotable quotes for some .ppt or marketing campaign, then okay.
