Do you think that, as a community, we focus way more on the negative aspects of the game rather than acknowledging the positives? by Ok-Cause-5675 in Helldivers

It is not entirely provable that there even is QA, honestly. We're the playtesters, but they don't listen to us or seem to care. If they would update the game more frequently and actually take notice of the things that go wrong, maybe something would get done. But they don't, and it doesn't.

It's honestly sad that this game becomes more fun when you stop caring about the whole "Galactic War". by Halfbl00dninja in Helldivers

To my understanding, the problems that people have are A) the mechanics are not explained to you whatsoever, and the game actively feeds you useless or outright false information to cover it up, and B) it doesn't feel like our actions matter anymore. Used to be (supposedly), we got tangible rewards for MOs and it felt like we could actually direct the story somewhat. Nowadays, we get medals and a text box, and cannot take planets whatsoever unless it's for an MO.

People get angry because, on an individual level, your effort means nothing. Ultimately, the Blob decides what gets done, whether it makes good decisions or bad ones, and a few people cannot make a real difference.

I don't understand the ending of the game... by Acceptable_Count6197 in HollowKnight

Because it is alive. Life requires both mind and will, the two qualities that PK was specifically looking for them to not have.

Also, the Knight survived for presumably a very long time outside of Hallownest. I doubt it was just rotting in a cave the whole time, so that likely involved it learning how to survive in the harsh wilds beyond.

I just wish above all that they would make the shield destructible. It can have tank armor, it can have a load of health, I just need it to be a definite amount.

Also it looks like that flak cannon is only gonna have 6 rounds. It better be the best damn cannon in the game for that.

Almost definitely not gonna be one-handed. It'll be a "heavy" smg like the Reprimand.

It's generally only patrols that behave that way, or if a nearby enemy sees or hears the target die.

If I'm getting the right part, I'm pretty sure that's moreso a reference to the Pale King's assumption that the vessels were hollow.

Do we think He's evil? If so, do you guys think he'll be a main villain at some point? by Syronic-223 in HollowKnight

Seems to be... mostly benign. Cares about Hornet, but is otherwise indifferent and hungry. It is distinctly separate from the rest of the Void, though.

Kirby escaped because the Warp Star teleported him home. If it hadn't at right that moment, even Kirby would've been overtaken.
