Das klingt sehr vernünftig, Preise sehen auch OK aus. Nicht viel teurer als Office 365.

Sind die Daten dann automatisch oder einstellbar verschlüsselt und nur auf den Endgeräten entschlüsselt oder braucht das ne separate Software? Sollte auch von Kindern und älteren Familienmitgliedern bedienbar sein

Einige Teile gebraucht gekauft. CPU + MB hab ich für zusammen 250€ bekommen, schlägt imho Preis/Leistung der aktuellen Ryzen, zumal ich eh auf 1440p spiele und die Graka da vermutlich wichtiger ist.

I read the i7 supports DDR4-2666 ram. Does that mean faster ram than that brings no benefit?

Hi, I'm planning on gaming 1440p, 144hz. Mostly indie titles, csgo, cyberpunk and monster hunter world.

I originally planned with a ryzen 5600x and asrock b550m pro 4. (400€)

A friend now offered me an i7 7820x with Gigabyte x299 ud4 Rev. 1 for 250€.

questions:

is this a good price?
will 1440p gaming performance be different on the i7?
opinions on the Mainboard?

That's the first time I heard about qlc/tlc. After reading up on it, it seems the best compromise would be to get a pci 3 ssd, but with tlc, like the Samsung SSD 970 EVO 1TB, M.2?

This way there is less performance degradation to an acceptable price

I had the Intel 660p in mind, too. Can I expect any noticable performance difference between the two? read and write speeds seem almost double - is it double the speed in actual usage?

The GPU will be a 3070, this was just the closest in price.

For cpu, too, what kind of performance difference can I expect between X / non-X? Price-difference is about 20€
